The CLTA Board has recently revised the CLTA Bylaws to more accurately reflect how the Association is organized and governed. The Bylaws state that "These Bylaws may be amended by the Association at a duly constituted meeting for such purposes by an affirmative vote of a simple majority of the Members present in person, by proxy or written vote."
